Process
The steps below show the very simple process to go from requesting a bid to job completed on the FREE plan. For the VIP and Concierge services Hephstone manages much of the below Process for you.
STEP 1
Request Bid
You can use the Manuel Request or AI Assisted Request to easily Request bids. You can also choose Direct Request to Request a bid to one of your Preferred Vendors.
STEP 2
Review Bids & Accept
Local Vendors will review your request and Bid. You will be able to view these bids in your dashboard and Accept the bid that fits best for you.
STEP 3
Digital Agreement & Communication
Once you have Accepted the bid, signed the digital contract and paid the required deposit a new communications ability will open between you an your chosen Vendor. You can message, send documents or files, request change orders such as reschedule start date.
STEP 4
Vendor Completes Job
The Vendors will communicate with you through the process and complete the Job. All communication can be handled easily through our system.
STEP 5
Approve & Pay
Once the Vendor has completed the job and you have marked the Job as Approved you will pay the balance through our secure payment processing system and your job and details will be recorded in your Dashboard.
